2023 International Conference on Communication Networks and Machine Learning

On October 27, 2023, 2023 International Conference on Communication Networks and Machine Learning (CNML 2023) was held in Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, Henan Province, sponsored by Zhongyuan Science and Technology City and Henan University, organized by Zhongyuan Science and Technology City Talent Work Bureau and Physics and Electronics College of Henan University, co-organized by the Academic Development Department of Zhengzhou Campus of Henan University, and guided by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Henan Province.

The conference launched academic exchanges with the theme of communication network and machine learning.

Sun Jiangong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhengdong New Area and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhongyuan Science and Technology City, presided over the opening ceremony. Fu Shenglei, Vice President of Henan University, and Song Zhenghui, Vice Governor and Party Member of Henan Provincial People's Government, were invited to deliver opening speeches. The morning session was hosted by Professor Chen Lijia, Director of the Department of Communication Engineering at the School of Physics and Electronics, Henan University, and the afternoon session was hosted by Professor Liu Mingguo at the School of Physics and Electronics, Henan University.

This conference invited Professor Witold Pedrycz from the University of Alberta, Professor Song Guo from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Professor Deshuang Huang from the Oriental Institute of Technology in Ningbo, Professor Ying Tan from Peking University, Professor Zhou Su from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Professor Yang Yue from Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Professor Badrul Hisham Ahmad from the University of Malacca to give wonderful keynote speeches. The conference attracted more than 200 scholars and local expert representatives from universities at home and abroad to attend and discuss enthusiastically.

The atmosphere of on-site communication was strong, and domestic and foreign experts and scholars fully discussed, presenting a high-level, international, and forward-looking academic feast with rich content, promoting international academic exchange, cooperation, and development in research fields such as communication networks and machine learning.
