On January 30-February 1, 2026, the2026 4th International Conference on Communication Networks and Machine Learning (CNML 2026), hosted by Southwest University and Chongqing University, and supported by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing Jiaotong University, Chongqing University of Technology, Hainan University, Sichuan University, and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications was successfully held in Chongqing, China!

Prof. Hongyi Li, Dean of the College of Electronic and Information Engineering, Southwest University, China delivered the opening address on behalf of the organizing committee, extending a warm welcome to all attendees both on-site and online. The conference featured invited keynote speeches by Prof. Badong Chen from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Prof. Feifei Gao from Tsinghua University, Prof. Xiaodong Xu from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Prof. Xianpeng Wang from Hainan University. They shared the latest research findings and insights in their respective fields, engaging in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technologies and development trends in communication networks and machine learning and other related areas.


The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining both online and offline participation. More than 150 experts, scholars, and graduate students from universities and research institutions worldwide attended the conference. Through various forms of exchange such as keynote speeches, oral presentations, and poster sessions, participants engaged in fruitful discussions on topics related to the conference, providing new ideas and inspiration to advance the field and promote international academic collaboration and development in related research areas.
